He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hash and Lucille Hash; and his brother Jeff Hash (Nancy). He is survived by: his wife Linda Barlow Hash; his children, Lisa Burnett (Steven), Leslie Jarrett (David) and David Hash; his grandchildren, Phillip, Laurel Burnett, Charlotte and Henry Jarrett; and his siblings, Larry Hash (Veronica), Mike Hash (Barbara), Robert Hash (Rosanna), Cindy Whitley (Leon) and Beth Lennon (Alan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
