It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Broadway Jr. (Garner, North Carolina), born in Kinston, North Carolina, who passed away on January 31, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Carol Broadway Bowers (Charles) of Clinton; his aunt Louise Rhodes of Kinston; his brother-in-law John Kemp Bennett of Kinston; his nieces, Vicki Bowers, Donna Bowers Odum of Clinton, Kimberly Bennett Edwards and Janet Bennett of Kinston; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Meredeth Odum, Mackenzie Odum of Clinton, Matthew Odum of Clinton and Conner Edwards of Kinston; his sister Rose Broadway Bennett; and also Briana Melvin of Clinton.
