He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Eason and Mary Agnes Dilda Eason. He is survived by: his wife Alma Herring Eason; his children, Alicia Clark (Ashley), Eric Eason (Melissa) and April Daniels (Philip); his grandchildren, Zachary, Harper, Warner Clark, Julianna Eason, Ethan and Chace Daniels; and his siblings, Sheila Collins, Larry Eason and Kimberly Schild.

Memorials may be made in his memory to the American Heart Association.
