She is survived by: her parents, Bill Fernandez and Dona Fernandez of Garner; her husband David Girouard; her children, Sarah Altman of Washington State, Joshua Girouard of Garner and Sadie Girouard of Garner; and her brother Christopher Fernandez (Kelly) of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nephew, cousins, and special friends.
