He is survived by: his wife Verna Chester; his children, Jessica Harrison (William) of Durham, Shelley Lee, Brandy Dufresne, Tim Chester and Jim Chester; his siblings, Brenda Tollefson (David), Lynda Parker (Bob), Terry Quintero and Jack Nelms; his sister-in-law Rose Brown (Jerry); his niece Lacey; and his mother-in-law Linda Stephenson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
