It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole K. Mathis (Garner, North Carolina), born in Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on April 29, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Donald Ray; her children, Brian Trevor Mathis and Donna Carole Mathis Brown; her grandchildren, Carter Gregory Mathis, Lacey Olivia Mathis and Joel Alexander Brown; her children-in-law, Lisa Mathis and Jeff Brown; her brother-in-law Dick Stone; and also, Carole and North Carolinian.
