He was predeceased by: his parents, Tandy Waters and Lucille Waters; his wife Joyce; and his siblings, Russell, Frank and Billy Waters.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joy Morgan (Van) and Gail Brown (Mike); his siblings, Jane Jarrell (Pete) and James Waters (Joyce); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Morgan (Cathie), Patrick Morgan, LeAnn Gardner (Brandon) and Steven Brown. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
