Bobby Ray touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Green Belvin and Iola Poole Belvin; his son Steven Belvin; and his brother Jimmy Belvin. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Jean Belvin; his son Mark Belvin (Gail); his siblings, Larry Belvin (Judy), Danny Belvin (Donna), Peggy Moore and Betty Belvin; his grandchildren, Matt Belvin (Stephanie) and Courtney (Steven); and his sister-in-law Sheila Chappell. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
