He was predeceased by: his parents, James Otha and Onnie Lee Barbour; his former wife Dixie Walls Barbour; and his brother Sherrill Barbour. He is survived by: his wife Ann Branton Gaines Barbour; his children, Sterling Barbour (Paula), Debbie Spivey (Rex), Todd Gaines (Jan) and Charlotte Gaines Small (David); his grandson Brad Barbour (Jill); his children, Lauren B. Blackmon (Brandon), Matthew Spivey (Ashley), Caressa Small, Ava Small, Gaines Small, Adia Gaines, Adriane Gaines and Tessa Gaines; his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Everett, Willow, Della, Beckham, Cooper, Maggie of Ella Mae, T. A. and Blakely; his siblings, Barbara Ann Hudson (Shelton) and Donald R. Barbour (Jeanette); and his brother-in-law Billy Walls (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
