She is survived by: her children, Micheal Coates (Kimberly Suggs Coates) of Clayton and Sheila Coates McNamara (Greg) of Clayton; her grandsons, Brandon Coates, Zachary Coates, Ryan McNamara and Bradley McNamara; her sister-in-law Laura Coates; and her nephew Steven Starnes.
