She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bernard and Agnes Dorothea Keating Belloff. She is survived by: her husband Michael Joseph Monahan; her children, Colleen Mary Trumbo (Christopher "Romeo"), Daniel Michael Monahan and Brianne Elizabeth Holt (Jonathan); her grandchildren, Avery Trumbo, Emerson "Emmie" Trumbo and Amelia "Mia" Holt; and her siblings, Mary Belloff, Janet Vietri, Joseph and Michael Belloff. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Donations in her honor may be made to The Lewy Body Dementia Association.
