She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Hemon and Sennie Horrell Simmons; and her children, Veronica Thompson and Billy A. Nunnery, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Billy "Bill" A. Nunnery; her children, Vivian Maney, Kaye Nunnery and Michael Fisher; and her sisters, Geraldine Simmons and Carolyn S. McCoy. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
