We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2021, at the age of 83, Peggy Norris of Garland, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Homer Butler and Grace Cheschire Butler; and her husband Milton Ray Norris. She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Coldwell (Steve) of Garland, Jo Strickland of Garland and Wendy Taylor of Garland. She is also survived by four sisters, and one brother, 6 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
