We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2020, at the age of 99, Nelvin Reeves of Garland, North Carolina, born in Wentworth, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles R. Reeves; her son Charles B. Reeves; and her parents, Alvin Gunn and Nelle Gunn. She is survived by: her children, Mark Reeves (Peggy) and Sharon Butler (David) of Morganton; her daughter-in-law Joy Reeves; her grandchildren, Robert Reeves (Sabrina), Natalie Lamb (Carl), Allison Hays (Chris), Tracy Gravely (Chuck), Meredith Pope (Kevin), Leslie Reeves, Matthew Butler (Megan) and Byron Reeves (Lesley); and her great grandchildren, Kyle, Tyler, Madeline Reeves, Joshua, Ayden Lamb, Lindsey, Brett Hays, Rachel, Stephen Gravely, Laney Pope, Luke Butler, Charleston and Stella Reeves.
Due to current COVID 19 conditions and the family's desire to keep everyone safe, there will be a graveside service on Sunday, December 27 at 2:00 PM at the Parkersburg Baptist Church Cemetery for family only.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Parkersburg Baptist Church WMU in care of Joy Reeves, 3060 Greens Bridge Road, Garland, NC 28411.
