He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Gordon Hale and Mildred Garrett of Georgia; and his siblings, Donna Forbes and Butch. He is survived by: his wife Diana Lee Arthur McCrary; and his daughters, Debbie Lee (Jason), Carol Holland (Murf), Susan Cooper (Mike) and Shannon Van Boven. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
