He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry Harris and Allease Harris; and also Allease Harris. He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Harris, Wallace Harris, Willie Harris, Arthur Harris and Lillie Mae Ball; his niece Latasha Willis; his wife Mary Ann Harris; his daughters, Vanessa Conyers of Raleigh, Daphne Holloway of Clayton, Sarita Sabally of Zebulon and Tiffany Willis of Raleigh; and his brother Henry Lee Harris of Angier. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, cousins, and friends.
