She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Ashley and Rachel Ashley. She is survived by: her husband Calvin J. Brown; her children, Kelly B. Dewar and Robert Lee Brown; her grandchildren, Angela and Husna; and her sister Rachel D. Ashworth.
