We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2025, at the age of 98, Ruth Frances Doss (Fuquay Varina, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Leon Doss; and her sons, James Leonard Doss and Kenneth Harold Doss. She is survived by: her brother Tom Glen Burkett (Terry) of St Charles Missouri; her daughter-in-law Jean Elena Doss of Fuquay-Varina; her grandchildren, Leonard James Doss (Mary) of Detroit, MI, Scott Leonard Doss (Beth) of Fort Myers Florida, Daniel Gordon Doss (Jessica) of Fuquay-Varina, Matthew David Doss (Casey) of Clayton, Jonathan Mark Doss (Jessi) of Willow Spring and Rachel Anne Doss of Angier; her great grandchildren, Erica, Matthew, Nicole, Joshua, Alex, Aubrey, Rebekah, Tristan, Colt, Josiah, Mack, Isaiah, Whitson, Elena and Farrah; and her great great grandchildren, Vianna and Zakarii. She is also survived by her family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thomas Funeral Home (401 N Ennis St, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Wake Chapel Memorial Gardens (905 Wake Chapel Rd, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526).
