It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lee Ramsey Jr. (Fuquay Varina, North Carolina), who passed away on March 29, 2025, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee Ramsey Sr. and Phyllis Rae Warrington. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Ramsey of Garner; his children, Candice Ramsey (Dakota Southers) of Benson, Kevin Pelletier (Angie Pelletier) of Siler City and Bryan Pelletier of Macclesfield; his grandchildren, Hailey Pelletier, Savannah Pelletier, Greyson Pelletier, Alyssa Johnson and Gage Ramsey; his sisters, Rhonda Rowe of Tarboro and Angie Hollowell (Beth) of Grimesland; his niece Lindsay Rowe; and his nephews, Bryan Rowe and Jacob Rowe. He is also survived by other loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home (401 N Ennis St, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Wake Chapel Memorial Gardens (905 Wake Chapel Rd, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526).
