He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Grace Watters and Glenn Watters; his wife Shirley A. Watters; and his sons, Jeffrey J. Watters (Sandie) of Fuquay, NC and Steven G. Watters (Peggy) of Phoenix, AZ. He was also cherished by four grandsons, and six great grandchildren.
