She was predeceased by: her parents, Nannie Edna Garner and Cadvin Hugh Prince; her brothers, Cadvin Hugh Prince, Jr., James Edger, Edward Earl, George Willard and Ronald David; her sister-in-law Cecile Prince; her sister Barbara Louise; her brothers-in-law, Joseph Hilliard Morgan and Richard Mangum; her former husband William Joseph Betts; and her husband Milton Rand Cash.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Betts; her stepson David Cash; and her siblings, Betty Jean Mangum, Nannie Rachel Prince, Robert Jefferson (Gladys Prince), Marvin Danny (Febbie Prince), Jerry Allen (Judy Prince) and Victor Ray Prince. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
In lieu of flowers and to honor Lottie's love for the Lord, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Fuquay-Varina Baptist Church WeeCare and Children's Ministry.
