He was predeceased by: his parent Exum Dallas Lanier; his wife Elizabeth Anne Truelove Lanier; and his brother Bobby Lanier. He is survived by: his daughter Laura White (Tommy) of Fuquay-Varina; his grandson William Randall White of Fuquay-Varina; his great grandchild William Ace White of Fuquay-Varina; his sister Linda Ray Davis of Lillington; his nieces and nephews, Randy Davis, Craig McLeod, David McLeod, Jeff Cope, Bruce Pierce, Perry Truelove, Sarah Cope, Tammy Brown, Sheila Nelson, Vannette Truelove and Jessica Truelove; and his siblings-in-law, Eugene Truelove and Nannette Truelove.
