She is survived by: her father Bill O'Connell; her husband Robert Morrison; her children, Collin and Mikenna; her mother Mary Lee O'Connell of Fairport, NY; her siblings-in-law, Bill, Sue Morrison of Arcade, NY and Jeff Morrison (Erin) of Atlanta, GA.; and her siblings, Lynn Eckl (Joe) of Pittsford, NY, Leigh O'Connell of Rochester, NY, Timothy O'Connell (Dana) of Charlotte, NC, Pam Kaminski (John) of Sardinia, NY, Julie Wishing (Anselm) of Murfreesboro, TN and Amy Hyde (Steve) of Lakewood, NY.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers Laurie chose two charities that people may choose to support: Rescue Ur Forever Friend (RUFF) and the Meg's Smile Foundation.
