He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Montague Junkin and Dorothy Lois Hall Junkin; and his brother Joe Junkin. He is survived by: his wife Rita Scarborough Junkin; his children, Graham Junkin of Cary, Drew Junkin (Elizabeth) of Clayton, Kevin Harp (Emily) of Baltimore Maryland and Amy Young (Jon) of Fuquay Varina; his grandchildren, Luke Junkin, Noah Young, Hailey Young, Isla Young and River Harp; his brother Dan Junkin of Sneads Ferry; and his sister-in-law Joanne Junkin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
