Strickland; her sister Frances Vendettuoli; her pets, Princess, Cutie and Goldie; her daughter Valerie Strickland Matthews (David); her granddaughters, Alexandra, Kaitlyn and Sophia Matthews of Fuquay Varina; her son Shawn Christopher Strickland; her grandchildren, Hannah Strickland and Gabe Strickland of Hampstead; her siblings, Gloria Mercer (Winfred), Angela Naylor (Eddie) and Thomas Lee (Carolyn); and her brother-in-law Pat Vendettuoli.
