He is survived by: his mother Joyce Campbell; his wife Donna Campbell (Van Halen); his children, Brittany, Stephen Ellis, Brian and Amy Campbell; his grandchildren, Kailey, Bentley and Nolan Ellis; his siblings, Mike (Becky Campbell) and Jackie Campbell; his father-in-law David Reynolds; his sister-in-law Kelli (Steven Graves); his nephew Brandon; and his nieces, Megan Campbell, Kylynn, Kynnly McClure and Brooke Graves.
