He was predeceased by: his parents, James McDonnell and Mary McDonnell (Ahman); his siblings, Charlie, Rose, Walter, Elizabeth, James and Richard; and his sister-in-law Barbara Ahrens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and grandnieces.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fuquay-Varina Presbyterian Church (308 N Ennis St, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fuquay-Varina Presbyterian Church (310 N Ennis St, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526).
