He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ewell Heath and Dell Childs Heath. He is survived by: his wife Nan Mangum Heath; his sons, Brian Heath (Laura) of Lillington and Barek Heath of Fuquay-Varina; his granddaughters, Breanna Heath, Courtney Heath and Sarah Beth Heath; and his pet Lucy.
