She was predeceased by: her parents, George Niday and Sylvia "Butchie" Niday; her former husband Chris Brown; her brother George "Pumpkin" Niday; her siblings-in-law, Nola Niday, Betsy Torsell and Ted Brown; and her niece Kori Ruff.

She is survived by: her husband James Martin; her brother Rodney (Linda Niday); her nieces and nephews, Karolin, Chip, Sarah, Dane, Justin, Allison, Cody, Baylee and Marshall; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kurt, Zoe, Chase, Lucy, Addison, Sydney, Ava, Greyson, Sadie, Cassidy, Journee, Remi and Hadley; her stepson Josh (Star); her pet Stella; her friends, Donna and Cheryl; and her sister Ashlee. She is also survived by her family and friends.
