He is survived by: his wife Amber Rigby; his children, Michael Rigby of Fuquay Varina, NC, Foxx Kelley of Cary, NC and Kerri Kelley of Cary, NC; his sister Cheryl Fisher of Yuba City, California; his parents-in-law, Lori Rigby of Fuquay Varina, NC and Michael Rigby of Myrtle Beach, SC; his sister-in-law Sara Rigby; and his nephew Logan James of Fuquay Varina, NC..
