He was predeceased by: his parents, Patsy Hardy Fulcher and Buford Lester Ratcliff, Sr.; his stepfather Roy William Fulcher, Jr.; and his brothers, Stephen Ratcliff and Michael Ratcliff.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Canoy Ratcliff; his daughters, Kristen Michelle Ratcliff Lassiter (William) and Heather Ratcliff Clayton (Elliott); his siblings, Buford Ratcliff, Jr. (B. L.) and Donna Ratcliff Jackson; his sisters-in-law, Brenda Ratcliff and Debbie Ratcliff; his stepmother Janet Ratcliff; his stepsiblings, Mark Bowman, Grady Fulcher, Bruce Fulcher, Cathy Spencer and Edith Clifton; and his grandchildren, Lincoln Christopher Lassiter, Lainey Clayton and Fallon Clayton.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home (401 N Ennis St, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Wake Chapel Memorial Gardens (905 Wake Chapel Rd, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526).
