She was predeceased by: her husband Wilburn; her son George Matthew; her parents, John Cook and Ione Cook; and her siblings, Sue Wollenberger, Johnnie Wasserman and Jim Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Carol White and Mark White (Jenny); her grandchildren, Kate Swift (Ben), Austin White (Annie), Sarah Eulitt (Patrick), Anna White, Alex White and Rachel White; and her great grandchildren, Logan Swift, Autumn Swift, Caroline Eulitt, Eliza Eulitt, Thomas Eulitt, Nathan Eulitt, Ellie White and Julia White.
