He was predeceased by: his parent Maida Lee Mashburn Murray; and his brother Bobby Joe Murray. He is survived by: his wife Sarah N. Murray; his children, Allan Murray, Jr. (Theresa) of Holly Springs, Meichele "Dixie" Murray of Fuquay-Varina and Van Murray (Amy) of Fuquay-Varina; and his grandchildren, Trey Murray, Ben Murray, Kyle Murray, Jacob Murray, Sarah Murray, Cassy Brown, Krystal Thomas, Caleb Jackson, Meadow Jackson and River Jackson. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
