He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Thomas Martin and Faye Tolley Martin; his brother Thomas Randolph Martin; his wife Freddie Anne Davis; his children, William Penn Martin II, Ruth Colgan (Phil), Eden Martin (Derrick Wilkes) and Aaron Martin (Kristen); his grandchildren, Nitya Brorson (Andy), Zachary (Quinn Wilkes), Sydney, Cade, Aiden (Harrison Smith Martin) and Austin (Tyler Colgan); and his pets, Willie, Bro and Mavis Jane. He was also cherished by many loving In-laws, nieces and nephews.
