He is survived by : his mother Brenda Rebecca Gibbs of Black Creek; his wife Sherry Moore; his sons, Jamie Dustin Moore of Charlotte, Terry Wayne Moore Jr. (Holly Jane Moore) of Pennsylvania and Alton Casey O'Brien Moore (Mychayla Pumehana Moore) of Wilson; his siblings, John William Harrelson Jr. of Black Creek, Wade Vernon Harrelson of Black Creek, Shawn Moore (Heather Moore) of Hendersonville, NC and Donna Marie Huggins (Tim Huggins) of Bailey; his grandchildren, Jaida Leigh Moore, Niia Grace Moore, Mena Raine Moore, Kyleigh Marie Moore, Aubrie Nycol Moore, Otto Hamilton Wayne Moore, Lincoln Grey Moore and Zoey Jane Moore; his mother-in-law Betty McGuire of Stantonsburg; and his nephews, Ricky Moore Jr. of Bailey and Shawn D Moore of Black Creek.
