He was predeceased by: his wife Lillie Mae Edwards Chase; his parents, William Herman Chase and Mary Angelina "Lina" Taylor; and his siblings, William Chase and Lela Mae Chase Grimes.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Chase; his son Michael (Marcia); his grandsons, Andrew and Austin; and his siblings, James Keith (Audrey), Delton Keith (Ruth), Johnny Keith (LaVonne), Bobby Keith (Paulette), Virginia Byrd (Bob), Eva Hehl and Barbara Forehand (Mickey). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
