He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Hill and Glenda Griffin Hill. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Green Hill; his son Michael Eugene Hill (Rebekah Woelkers) of Tumwater, Washington; and his siblings, Herbert A. Henderson, Joe Hill, John Glenn Taylor, Andrea Hill and Jennifer Hill Parker.
Although flowers are welcome, memorial contributions may directed to Duke Children Hospital & Health Center in memory of Randy.
