She was predeceased by: her husbands, Buddy Owens and Lonnie Williams; her son Allan Owens; her parents, Wade Owens and Irene Smith Owens of Wayne County; and her siblings, Mary Argie Lancaster, Frances Rose and James Owens.
She is survived by: her son Mark Owens; her grandchildren, Tracy Pittman (Anthony) of Eureka, Tia Wilson (Mark) of Belfast, Trina Gant (Casey) of Knightdale and James Owens; her great grandchildren, Weston, Walker, Waylon Pittman, Hadley Gant and Barrett Wilson; her close friend Betty M. Strickland of Fremont; her friend Lynnette Washam of Fremont; and her caregiver Brittany.
