We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2019, at the age of 92, Lee Yelverton (Fremont, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband David E. Yelverton; and her parents, Leroy Garris and Bertha Aycock Garris. She is survived by: her sons, Dred Yelverton (Dana) of High Point, Whit Yelverton (Lori) of Fredericksburg, VA and Kent Yelverton (Connie) of Fremont; her grandchildren, Mitchell (Jess Hall), Wyatt (Amy Yang), Matthew, Phillip, Jesse, Morgan and Nicholas Yelverton; and her brothers, Billy Garris of Wilson and Berle Garris (Anne) of Clearwater Beach, FL..
