It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Isabel Proctor of Fremont, North Carolina, who passed away on May 23, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charlie Jones and Bessie Jones; her husband Leland "B. K."; her son Richard; her son-in-law Billy Toler; and her siblings, Edna, Ethel Mae, Josie, Geraldine, Irene, Juanita, Alton and Charles Jr..
She is survived by : her children, Margie Toler, Shirley Winders (Ricky), Larry Proctor (Brenda), Connie Kidd (Richard) and Mike Proctor; her daughter-in-law Sue Proctor; and her close friend Brenda Jackson. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren (3 on the way) and several nieces and nephews.
