He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Norwood Mercer and Ruth Bogue Mercer. He is survived by: his siblings, David Mercer (Margaret) and Deborah Ballance (Todd); his nieces, Kathy Brinn (John), Lea Ann Zorbaugh (David), Lindsay Collins (Daniel), Brittany Schroeder (Bobby) and Katlyn Schmidt (Eric); and his nephew Landry Ballance.
The family respectfully requests for those attending the service to wear a face covering and practice social distancing measures.
