She is survived by : her children, Alton Earl Coker Jr. of Leland and Rebecca Coker of Fremont; her brothers, Douglas Lewis (Moria) and Reverend Michael Lewis (Cathy) of Goldsboro; and her granddaughter Isabella Grace Coker.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, June 9th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Community Baptist Church (351 Antioch Rd, Goldsboro, NC 27534).
