He is survived by: his mother Lois Raye Holland Mooring; his wife Marcia Mooring; his children, Mark Allen Mooring of Fremont, Karen Howell (Shawn) of Fremont and Crystal Mooring of Florida; and his stepdaughters, Daphane Dilbeck (Matt) of Georgia and Stephanie Herring (Donald).
