He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edwards and Mary Brown Edwards. He is survived by: his children, Kim Batchelor of Elm City, Wendy Taylor of Gloucester, Sharon Runtas (Jason) of Fremont and David Edwards, Jr. (Brandy) of Newport; his significant other Brenda Gibbs of Black Creek; and his sisters, Barbara Ann Pittman and Peggy Fisher (Larry). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
