With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clayton Williamson of Fremont, North Carolina, born in Wilson, North Carolina, who passed away on March 17, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Williamson and Mae Evans Williamson; and his sisters, Ola Johnson, Sylvia Hess, Joan Joyner and Ruth Jernigan.

He is survived by : his wife Faye Reason Williamson; his children, Dr. Jennifer Jordan of Goldsboro and Dr. Thomas Clayton Williamson, Jr. of Jackson, MS; his grandchildren, Davis, Andrew, Thomas "Tate" Clayton Williamson III and Rhett Jordan; and his siblings, Velma Lancaster of Fremont, Darlene Bumgarner of East Bend, Harold Williamson of Fremont and G. C. Williamson of Kenly.
