He was predeceased by: his grandmother Della Neighbors; his brother Russell Neighbors; his father-in-law Robert Landreth; and his sister Cheryl Holt. He is survived by: his grandmother Martha Hardin; his wife Rhonda Smith Neighbors; his children, Laurel Neighbors Edwards (Cory) and Nicholas Neighbors; his grandchildren, Arielle Edwards and Luke Edwards; his father Randy Neighbors; his brother Steve Neighbors; his mother-in-law Brenda Landreth; his aunt Martha Hardin (Boyd); and his siblings-in-law, Dawn Perkins (Robbie) and Jeff Hicks (Becky). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
