She was predeceased by: her parents, Dossie Teague and Macy Cheek Teague; and her brothers, Thurman Teague, Norris Teague and Wayne Teague.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce Smith; her children, Annette Kidd (Ronald) of Ramseur, Angela Jones (Robert) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Alan Smith (Lisa) of Franklinville; her brother Farrell Teague of Asheboro; her grandchildren, Alison Smith Humphreys (Andrew), Michael Alan Smith (Della) and Phillip Kidd (Pebble); and her great grandchildren, Dylan Kidd, Katlyn Kidd, Chloe Smith, Layla Smith, Brody Smith and Audrey Humphreys.
