It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julice Phillip Capps (Franklinville, North Carolina), who passed away on February 11, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Thelma Capps; his parents, Fuller Capps and Nora Capps; and his siblings, Barbara Hardin and Calvin Capps.
He is survived by: his friend Playhouse; his siblings, Nancy Goins of Birmingham, AL. and Joe Capps (Nancy) of Franklinville; his close friend Gladys Craven; and also, Angela Nixon and Buddy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
