He was predeceased by: his wife Mattie Sweatt Parrish; his sons, Homer Lloyd Parrish, Jr. and Roy Parrish; and his brother Pete Parrish. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda P. Peace (Roger) of Trinity, Brenda P. Jones (Mike) of Franklinville, Patricia P. Hudnall (John) of Gloucester Point, VA and Donna P. Blankenship (Roger) of Saluda, VA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty nine great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
