It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Wayne Carter (Franklinville, North Carolina), who passed away on July 29, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Ross Carter and Mary Elizabeth Foster Carter; his wife Myrtle Carter; and his daughter Brenda Hoover. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Williams (Tommy) of Asheboro and John Carter (Susan) of King, NC; and his sister Barbara Brower of Asheboro. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
